MINI ROAD RUN:
The Diamond Chapter 7th annual Mini Road Run was held June 25th. We had 16 riders and 15 motorcycles. 23 members were present. My Sprint didn’t want to run so Lanny want and get a spare bike. We fixed the Sprint and loaded up the spare on the trailer.
Good thing we did. We left the transportation depot and hit Central Ave. We were not expecting all the traffic on Sunday. So we changed the route up some. We went to the tower and then back down to Central. Another bike broke down so we loaded it and unloaded the spare. We went to the top of West MT. for a break. Then down the Mountain to Central to Park Ave. to Gulpha Gorge for a picnic, awards, and meeting.
Everyone had a great time. Many Thanks to Linda for all her hard work. Read the Minutes for more details.
Oklahoma Vintage Motorcycle Ride:
The Cherokee Chapter is doing a Vintage Motorcycle Ride August 4 – 6 in Locust Grove , OK. It is 240 miles and will take 4 to 5 hours to get there. This is just a ride, get together and fun time. Several members are going so think about it. Get your rooms at Best Western (918-479-8082) ASAP if you are going. Let me know if you are going so I can tell them how many.
