The meeting took place at Gulpha Gorge Park with 22 members present. The meeting was preceded by a chili and dessert cook off. Linda Bright won 1st place in the chili competition with Kris Simpson in 2nd place. Elizabeth Plunkett won 1st place in the dessert category with Pat Jones in second place.
Mike Parker presented a lively trivia round that ended in a tie breaker between Butch Jones and Greg Bright. Greg Bright was the winner.

Minutes were read by Elizabeth Plunkett. Susie Parker gave the treasurer’s report.
Jed Simpson reported on the canopy ads, to be discussed further in January.
Greg Bright and Butch Jones participated and reported on the Honor Ride. There were over 200 riders and several speakers. A good crowd overall.
Russell Plunkett talked about the AMCA Sunflower Chapter road run in Kansas.
Mike Thomson, Susie Parker and Jed Simpson attended the Barber Vintage Motorcycle Festival in Alabama.

The club Christmas party has been scheduled for Saturday, December 10 at 6:00 pm at Jose’s on HWY 7 south with Susie Parker making the arrangements. If you want to participate in the Dirty Santa festivities, bring a motorcycle related gift.
Mike Thomson announced the November meeting will be the Sunday after Thanksgiving at the Abate Toy Run. Bring a $10 donation or a $10 toy.
